well i came across this deal at WHT forums

Same here. Horrible speeds (less than 1 Mbps!)

yeah same mine are okay too 2010-03-08 16:47:23 (8.43 MB/s) - `1GBtest.bin' saved [1073741824/1073741824]
as i said ideal for north american clients not sure abt to EU tho
