But that ticket was already replied by me and I have suspended the client right away and you said "case closed" That client is terminated more then week ago and I have now another client on that IP who is not doing any malicious activity.

sa274368-ovh I have paid for the new server order yesterday and i got email today that I need to send photo ID etc etc for verification, I have send it of course but why do I have to do that when I have already verified myself and sent all the information once when I was ordering my first server? Next thing, please setup my server as I need it, it said activation is automaticaly and in 120 seconds but it has been more then 1 day passed. Thank you.
