I think some support staff has previously pronounced about this, and even Oles. What I understand is they consider hwo many times it happened before, how frequently, etc.

Hello,

After some research in this forum i saw that alot of ppls here if they got any complain/services hacked ovh put their servers down/terminate account or rescue mode.
Due because we have alot of legit business companies and a little goverment sites hosted in our servers i start worry about this case. My question for OVH staff is:
Do you really terminate/delete an account or put to rescue mode if someone of our clients or their VM(virtual machines) is hacked instead of nulling the IP address which it cause the issue/abuse?
