The story gets better yesterday SYS suport told me the disk had been replaced, so I reinstalled and reloaded the data back.

And today it turns out the disk wasn't changed the same failing disk with the same serial number.

I'm sure hardware replacements are done 24/7 (if you telephone them) - It is just online support is only Monday to Friday ??

A ticket was submitted 48 hours ago regarding swapping a disk in "Failing now" status but still no answer.

How long should I expect to wait

I understand these tasks take longer with budget providers but I didn't expect to wait longer than 24 hours.
