VPS Cloud nameservers not working – can't point any domains to my server

Hi guys,
I just bought and set up a OVH VPS Cloud with Cpanel. Cpanel says my nameservers are:
vps155746.ovh.net
sdns2.ovh.net
But when I try and change a domain's nameservers I just get errors such as 'The Nameserver is not defined at registrar'. Why can't I point any domains to my new server?
