Yes I have sent them. They told me that OVH needs to assist me with this because for OVH servers additional configuration is required for this to work.

Many things to ask really, have you sent as an email with an ifconfig and route -n of the VM that does not work?

Hello. I have been trying to create KVM VPS with SolusVM. It seems that there is problem with network configuration. VPS is online but no network connection for it. Like there is no internet access. Please assist. I have contacted SolusVM support and they told me that you must help me with this problem.
