I believe they will be aligned with the date of your server, so they should renew at the same time you renew your server.

yes, AlbaHost is right.

If you're above 16 IPs, these should appear in the renewal of your whole server and, if not aligned with the expiry date, it would automatically do so in the next renewal.

If you have less than 16 IPs you don't need to renew it, they are one time payment (setup fee) but if you have more than 16 IPs then you could receive an invoice about them.
