Yeah I got the same, Telephone support they really dont have a clue, email support well they just ask for a tracert. Now listen to this they told me that my server was booting from the network and that is why my connection is slow.... What a load of CRAP, checked in the ovh manager and it states "boot HD" so that means hard drive hmmmmmmmmmmmm wonder where they got the information from where my server was booting from the network..

I would like one thing and that is some discount as we have all been PISSED ABOUT from the day an hour this started, and there hasnt been regular updates it like a dummys meeting phoning up and asking and it is even more of a piss take emailing support.

Any chance of getting a reply from OVH or even possibly an update? It isnt that hard to let us all know what is going on!

This isnt normal for me at all, i currently have no access to my server via http/ssh/ping. I can ssh to an offsite server with my company and connect from there, so its a routing issue.

Recently the connection has come and gone, (mainly during all theses route changes)

++++UPDATE++++
I have access to the server agaub but unable to tracert from my end

Hope this helps to sort out my machine as it is still slow Oles.

Any more tests you need just ask. I have the ability to test to quite a few locations for you if needed.

Thak you

My speeds are again falling Oles. The inbound to this server is now hard work. There are still definately issues inbound from multiple locations. Inbound has not improved at all even when you were looking into the speed errors outbound. Out still remains a lot slower than it used to be BUT is a bit beter after you looked into it.

Could you please have a look at this for me as this is a gbit box and it used to absolutely fly and was a machine to be proud of.

All traces and machine IP's are in the previous posts in this thread Oles.

I can download and upload at full speed now but..............
My ping time has gone through the roof. When I connect to my ftp my login is slow as anything as is changing directorys.Once an FTP download starts - its starts slow and slowly builds up to full speed. Slightly frustrating

As I said in the other thread - we were back to going through level3 and the speeds rocked again - now all of a sudden, we are back to linx and speeds are right back to crappy again (in fact - they are down to 10k/s for me through linx instead of 480k/s through level3 )
Bottom line linx = bad and sucks
level3= excellent routing and speeds

Really do hope something gets sorted out soon.. Oles said earlier about virgin going through level3 well why is it still going through dtag?. I dont want to leave OVH.. but if this keeps happening then ill have no choice. Cant afford to loose clients due to slow servers.

The latency to my server has now gone through the roof.. 74-80ms on IDLE internet.. Narl your latency seems high too..

Really do hope something gets sorted out soon.. Oles said earlier about virgin going through level3 well why is it still going through dtag?. I dont want to leave OVH.. but if this keeps happening then ill have no choice. Cant afford to loose clients due to slow servers.

I will keep testing and post here if I see any improvements.

The speeds of 19Mbps is still low as it used to be up to 50 Mbps. I still think you might have a few issues on routing or on the routers. Thanks for working with me on this Oles

Please connect my server to 320Gbps

Thank you

that would be fkn cool!

Not sure what you have done even if you have yet but something just changed.

I just pulled a single test file from my gbit 94.23.0.154 to one of my kimi's 91.121.166.9 at 110mbit and then tested file to keymachine 87.118.114.187 and it has now gone up to 25mbit.

Something definately changed !!!!

If you want to contact me by email or phone to assist in anyway to help resolve these issues my details are in my main OVH account.

Thanks

I should get 10Mbps (1500KB/sec), not 900KB/sec. But you work with Windows, not Linux.
I will put a dedicated server with Linux and give you an URL for test. So you will be
able to test to download the files and tell me if it's the same or better or worst.
Thank you for starting to look at this, hopefully we will be back to speed soon my friend. I will download whatever you ask and post the results here for you and all to see.

Please tell me if this is not enough info. I have really tried my best. This server used to fly single thread until about a week ago and has been slow ever since.
