ok 48hours down now!

my ticket

RPS in rescue mode,cant get out of it and no email with
differant password to check fault.

Hi the rps is in rescue mode and wont come out of it.
no email has been sent with login to check the hardware.
I basicaly just want to reinstall it.

how long does it take to fix these issues?
yes its a cheap rps but thats not the point.
very unhappy with this.12 more hours and i will be asking for a refund.

Ok my RPS is in
Kernel: Rescue mode ACTIVE
and i cant for the life of me get out of it.
No email has been sent to me with differant password to run the checks.

Any1 any ideas.
I had this b4 once and it fixed itself but some hours later.
Still not fixed,no1 answering ticket.
