We started a re-install of our VPS and it's stuck at 76%, cannot restart or do anything - been offline for 2 days now, lost 1500 customers this weekend alone
Had many phone calls with OVH support - they told me to buy another VPS as they can't 'unstick' the other one - so I tried that but now they are saying I'll have to wait another day for that to be validated.
I just need the system reset, such a simple task but no help from OVH whatsoever, and they are asking me to spend more money!!!!
Any help from the forum on how I can reset my system would be great, all buttons in control panel are disabled.
