The VPS was completed on 14/04/2015 - did you not get an email with the access codes?

Yesterday we bought a tier 4 vps. It is not showing up in our manager and when i tried to restart it though our plesk planel, it shut down and wont restart.

We need help as we havent even done anything on the system yet and we are currently not happy
