All validations are answered on a queue based system and all will be answered in rotation, in to order which they were received.

In such cases, it's better to call OVH support, Validations can sometimes take long time(don't know why)

Hello.

My order is due to expire shortly and the validation is still pending.

Im also awaiting VAT removal to pay the order.

Please, I ask to renew my order or validate it and change VAT so I can pay, I dont want to lose the server.
