VPS no RDP access..has been renewed?

i had to renew another month till june for the system to automatically give me access..this should have never happened..although i don't mind paying for 2 months..i have always paid monthly.

VPS says suspended when even phone support said it has been they just created an incident ticket..and no idea how long it will take for it to get resolved.

I did..doesn't help..they said they will look at the issue..with billing and get back..that doesn't really help because .ie support closes in 3 hours..and I have no access for another day.

my vps in the manager says expired even though renewal says may 18, do I get support? I have paid for it and my vps is still disabled from RDP access

No staff member able to vps has been down for 12 hours..I have renewed the service..I have opened response from anywhere. I have called and all the tech support said was I will forward the issue and it will be dealt in few hours ?????

HI my vps has been renewed. But it keeps saying it has expired and hence my RDP access has been disabled.
