This server is assigned to another customer in another country.

You have listed yourself in Indonesia. Are you sure you have the correct server details?

Note: Why I have 2 accounts? I believe I use only 1 email to login.

ns509064.ip-198-27-80.net has been assigned to ****03-sys

ns508452.ip-198-27-70.net has been assigned to ****16-sys

This is why the server doesn't appear in the account of 03-sys.

Please confirm which account is yours.

If you had the installation email then yes, more than likely an issue with the control panel. SYS support don't work weekends so you probably won't get a response until monday at the earliest now.

I've open Ticket, still no response.
Also email to SYS support with image attached to show that ns509064.ip-198-27-80.net NOT available in drop-down list.

But still no ns509064 on My Dashboard, look like bug in SYS Dashboard.

could be that they didn't have two in stock, you'll probably need to wait until they have one stocked

I order 2 Servers today: ns509064.ip-198-27-80.net and ns508452.ip-198-27-70.net, but only get 1.
The ns509064 not yet available on My Dashboard. I already open ticket too.
