Personally I would wait a few weeks for any bugs/issues to be ironed out, also check that whatever you're running on your server is compatible with the new version.
Ubuntu 15.04 - should I do-release-upgrade?

Ubuntu 15.04 came out today (that or it came out in the past few days and I didn't notice), and I run a VPS currently on 14.10. Can/should I run do-release-upgrade?
