If you HAVEN'T activated automatic renewal, you can let the server expire and it will be cancelled if not paid.. If you HAVE activated automatic renewal, you may first disable it, or call OVH so they can cancel the service.
Hi,
I want to upgrade one of my servers (I currently have 5 servers in my account) to a bigger model.
When I have ordered the new one, do I need to cancel the old one, or should I just not renew it?
While I have not found anything in the TOC I want to make sure I dont break any rule and get the rest of the servers cancelled...
