If you accounts needs validation, the validation will be processed in a queue, but only on office hours, so your order will not be processed, at least, until monday. The 120 sec delivery time applies only to validated accounts.
On 24/04/2015 I had ordered two OVH products. The Cloud VPS 2 and the dedicated server SP-64. Both orders have still not been processed even though on the payment page it says Your order was paid on 24/04/2015 a 17:47:15 - Your order is in progress for the SP-64 and Your order was paid on 24/04/2015 a 17:40:47 - Your order is in progress for the Cloud VPS 2. I have also sent verification of my ID (again) for both orders. Both ordered had said to have a '120 second' delivery. Currently I have paid more than £100 for a service I am not getting it is preposterous that OVH do not see to their customers needs.
