do you even care an order is reaching close to ten days and you can't even provision it yet.

I think you've made it quite clear you want this server ASAP, so I would suggest you request a refund and buy a server from elsewhere really.

I was originally advised that it may be weekend due to the SSD orders being weekend and yet i find myself in on tuesday having to prompt them to find out where my order is.

Still waiting on the SSDs I am afraid, once we have the delivery we need all the servers will be delivered.

it's not first time they failed to deliver the server, a couple years back I waited for 1 month for OVH server to be built and put online

the original order was set for 4 hours. Now its a case of not knowing how long !, and when i ordered you was not out of stock at the time either, the SSD's option stated 4 hours.... this is just poor customer journey !

OVH for business, i assumed would have a contingency rather than just out of stock we will now order. you wait for your stock to be out and then you make an order... where is the logic

Can i please get an exact time as to when this will be complete.

Purely disappointed as i ordered a OVH SP128 with a SSD customisation. Expectations stated it would be 4 hours maximum to be deployed. 24 hours later i find myself making a 3rd call to them with no real insight around whether the order will be done. The best answer was end of the day which is just laughable for a company that boasts the best hosting company in the world...

Not like a cheap order and ovh state that if you want premium service to buy from OVH and not SYS. absolute joke OVH get off your ass ! and deliver on what you say !
