Check your email. You may have received an email asking you to send a scan of you id card and a proof of address with your name(such as a phone bill). When you send such info, and after it is processed(in a queue), your account will be validated and you will receive your VPS almost immediately.

No email having checked twice, this is appalling...

Hi there,

Last night I bought a VPS from ovh.co.uk (VPS Classic 1) however I haven't received any updates so what is happening with the VPS despite the fac that the money has been taken out of my PayPal account. I did receive an email stating: "The order is now in progress. It will be completed shortly subject to availability." however it's been an exceedingly long time since the purchase.

I can understand if there should be some form of waiting time however I'm clueless because I have received no updates on what is happening and I was never told from the start there would be this kind of delay.

Would someone be able to inform me on the situation of my VPS purchase? I can provide any details if needed.
