you can always open a ticket with our engineers here:
OVH Manager >> Old customer interface >> Support >> Submit an incident ticket
but you must make sure that you've done everything that need to be done on your side before contacting them, and also provide logs of your problem (even if it's a ping and a traceroute to show that you can't access it).
The support , for non-urgent things, it's only open Mon-Fri. 9am to 6pm
If you want us to check, please provide the VPS name.
