Not sure, but I think they only perform installations on office hours, so no server installation will be performed on weekend. Also, if you are a new customer, your account needs validation, and no server will be delivered prior to doing so.

I have just bought a server and i still haven't any email of activation or anything and it has been over 2 hours now :/
