cant make an order

To be honest you guys need to get you're services together. OVH whom happens to be larger than you guys being under them takes care of validation on time and faster. All I have seen on these forums about you guys are complaints over and over. I have yet to see a decent review. Is this the view you want this website to have? Lack of support, on time delivery and after already being validated asked for validation time after time? Iv'e placed my order since Thursday and have yet be have a response? You are misleading customers, get your server setup in "120 seconds" despite customers who are already validated have to wait days before anything is done. I doubt you get more customers than OVH so you shouldn't have orders on top of orders like they do. If you want customers to start making positive reviewers and to grow the business more out start delivering on time and get the system fixed up. Allow me to refer you to all the bad reviews and good reviews.

and more pages to be seen and looked at, I think you are taking customers for granted and aren't looking into all these issues. If an account is validated once, it shouldn't require validation again unless the payment method changes. That simple and I doubt any of these customers changed their payment methods. Start looking into everything you are doing wrong, not everything you are doing right. Personally I won't hesitate to write a similar review on anyone who asks me about SoYouStart because it's been a disappointing service since day 1.

You can either take this feedback and do something about it, or complete ignore it and be mad about it. It's up to you. But this is how I feel and many more to come if nothing is done. Thank you.


PS: I did register on the forums just so I can give you this feedback, I never had to register on the forums so don't take my join date into factors here.
