I don't have a chance to call the support without paying a lot of money, and i already have submitted a ticket in the support panel.

Call OVH support as soon as possible. not sure about this, but I've read before that if you don't install OS, you can cancel the server and get a full refund. Of course, if your server hasn't been installed yet, that may also count.

I recently bought a dedicated server, actually 00:07 CET this night, but something has come up, and i dont need the server anyway..
The server is not even set up yet, can you just cancel it?
