So I first ordered my dedicated server from SYS on May 6th, 2015 like most of the customers I also bought the "120" seconds. Yes I did not expect it to be up right away because I was well aware of the validation process. I sent the documents to the email I was asked to send it to. 48 hours later I get reply saying "send us the documents" ok I was calm I sent the documents with [USA Driver License, Address] all that fun stuff for the second time. Alright waiting.. waiting than I got another reply. "Please send us the documents" alright so now it's getting a bit annoying so I sent the documents again for the third time. I waited.. waited. Oh guess what? Yes today they replied. Who would guess what the email said? Yep "Send us documents" they completely ignored all of the information I sent to them.

Now here is the funny thing, most of the information in their email signature and website is very misleading.

First of all none of the numbers work:

If you call the 203 number it goes to some law firm, and no I am not stupid. I checked over and over again, I typed the number one at a time. Never worked. If you call the 037 number it isn't even valid, it says "This number is not valid, please re-try you're entry later". Another disappointment.

So I was doing research on the forums, and found that validation is the number one problem. Some customers complain complain it takes weeks and up to a month? Are you serious? That is the most pathetic service iv'e seen. You want customers yet you take weeks to validated simple information? You have real time companies like OVH who get it done within real time of 24-48 hours(with me).

egative feedback:

- http://forum.ovh.co.uk/showthread.ph...tantly-failing
- http://forum.ovh.co.uk/showthread.ph...proved-account

and I believe the list goes on and on.

and more pages to be seen and looked at, I think you are taking customers for granted and aren't looking into all these issues. If an account is validated once, it shouldn't require validation again unless the payment method changes. That simple and I doubt any of these customers changed their payment methods. Start looking into everything you are doing wrong, not everything you are doing right. Personally I won't hesitate to write a similar review on anyone who asks me about SoYouStart because it's been a disappointing service since day 1.

PS: My order ID is 38533183, if anyone from SYS is wondering. Iv'e already made my point clear and will not sit here for weeks to get my service. Good day!
