How to contact OVH support for hardware upgrade request ?

The only exception to this rule is HG servers as they allow customisation on request.

According to the OVH website, about the RAID options: "Only available on order as a substitute for the standard configuration. Not available as an upgrade.". So you must order a new server with your required RAID configuration.

Hi so I have a dedicated server, I need to add an hardware raid controller
so I login to my ovh manager, click top right on 'support'.
click on 'technical support', select the server and open a ticket.

This happened yesterday, I see no progress and no answer.

Question: is this the right way to contact OVH for such a request ?
Do I just need to wait ?
Or do you suggest me to just discard this server and get another one with the hardware raid controller already installed ?
