Password changer does not send mail!

Finally got this working.
There are two different URL's for logging in to the Control Panel!

I believe it must have something to do with your current update of the Exchange environment.

I see that there have bean problems with the e-mail services and I have still no mail form the "Forgot your password" service! Can someone please look in to this?

This prevents me from getting in to the server management! Can someone check my account and the mail service? I need this to work today!

I have also mailed support twice.

No, not working. I get a lot of other mails both in spam folder and normal inbox, even from OVH but no password reset mail.

No other reported issues and just tested it now and works fine. Did you get the email in the end?

I have obviously already registered the wrong password for my management account and is requesting a new password but the "Send mail service" on the forgotten password function does not seem to work. Can someone please check it?
