Hello. If this is your first order on OVH, your account may need validation. If so, you should have received an email asking you for an official ID card(government issued) and a proof of address (a phone or other public services bill).

Once your account is validated, or if it has been validated previously, your VPS will be configured, and you will get an email with the IP, username & password, which you may use to access the server(using RDP in case of a Windows OS).

If you have an VPS cloud and chosen windows as an OS, you will have RDP enabled by default.

You should of received an email from us with the access codes.
