I'm waiting for a week now with no response.

My support ticket seems to be gone, there is nothing in "my tickets" where it previously was.

Please, activate my account so that I can start deploying my company infrastructure. I understand you are manually reviewing all requests, but it would be really nice if I could have an estimation -- my clients are waiting for the service.

Hello. We ordered two servers on Friday, and sent the necessary documents on validation-ie@soyoustart.com. There is no confirmation of validation so far and no response on support ticket. How soon will the servers be ready? ID: de115077-sys

Validations are reviewed queue based, during office hours. The earlier you may get your account validated may be on Monday.
