I'm waiting for a week now with no response.

My support ticket seems to be gone, there is nothing in "my tickets" where it previously was.

Please, activate my account so that I can start deploying my company infrastructure. I understand you are manually reviewing all requests, but it would be really nice if I could have an estimation -- my clients are waiting for the service.

Validations are reviewed queue based, during office hours. The earlier you may get your account validated may be on Monday.
