Hi,

Im setting up a website using a domain I own elsewhere and have a few quesrtions.

I have transferred my domain across using the secure code. How do I know the transfer was a success?

Your ftp help section refers to a www folder where your existing website should be copied into but no www folder exists in my ftp. Is this something to do with my website not setup by OVH yet ??
