I've just called up myself about a new VPS I've ordered. They are currently having more orders than the hardware can supply, so there has been a delay on the VPS deliveries. They quoted that mine would be up by the end of tomorrow, I ordered mine on Monday. I can't say what yours will be but I would guess it would be similar. If I were you I would give them a call, the number you will want is 020 7357 6616.

Hello,
1 week ago i ordered cloud vps, sent the needed docs for verification and on friday i got the email that my account was validated and it may take u to 1-2 working days for my vps. Since then no answer from ovh, sent two emails alredy.
