Account validation and order payment.

We have placed an order for a dedicated server.

When we access the order page for payment we receive the message "Your user account has not yet been validated.".

As soon as we noticed the message we sent an email form our email address to "" with the subject code that we recceived where we attached our CFO ID Card and our incorporation/registration company certificate, also we have opened an support ticket, no answer from 30/05/2015 20:52.

But we didn't get any answers and we can't find how we can make the payment.

Also right now our order expired so we can't see it in control panel.

Please help us, as we need to activate the server so we start rolling our development test.
