50% of my failover IP-s not working (7 days without the answer from SYS)

Surprisingly, this often happens on SYS. Not sure why, but only on SYS(as far as I know).

Try to mention your server ID or existing ticket number, so support could find it and review it

I have opened a support ticket 7 days ago (31/05/2015 00:13) and still there is no answer from SYS support regarding this.

I have tried deleting/adding VMAC, restarting VM-s, installing new VM-s. Nothing. This is very odd, because on other 50% of failover IP-s everything is working normal.
