The 50ms may have nothing to do with it at all. Switches often de-prioritise ICMP requests in favour of regular traffic.
Which switches are these?

Those are routers in the internal network of some ISP. You may have to look for the routers before and after those to know which ISPs they belong to.

these are the switches in traceroute that I would like to know as to which switch are they. because i am having internal speed issues to one server but not to the other i believe the 50 ms has to do something with it..
can anyone tell me where is the bottleneck.
