CPU load could cause issues too if it can't cope.

Hi

Do you have your ticket number for this issue?

Please contact support directly regarding this issue and provide the logs for the packetloss.

Thanks

Danny

Dani that is just current status and i am pinging these ips from my vps box ...46.105.106.170-179 they are all having packet loss..one of those ips belongs to my dedicate server..people outside also are having packetloss to the 46.105.106.170 range and they are all going through that router and incident tickets are pointless as ovh don't realize it is intermittent? how can we fix this? has been going on 4 days now

Hi

The vss-5a-6k is currently set to 55-70% utilisation. The colour is yellow.

You can find this information at:

Thanks

the router is in red..there are constant packets lost from my server that uses that router to send info out and in..creating havoc..internal ovh speeds have dropped as a result sometimes resulting in just no data being able to sent..on the weathermap it is fully red and it has been giving problems for over 24 hours now!
