Network not working after reboot
Hi
I have checked some of the IP and they appear to be working at the moment.
Can you provide me with an example old IP, alternatively you may wish to contact support directly regarding this.
Thanks
Danny

update.
No way I was able to use old IPs. Had to move to others with different MACs and keep refreshing management panel - only this way it start working finally! Old configured IPs are still unusable.

Absolutely same issue (ESXi) - after 7+ months - out of sudden server hardware rebooted and none of failover IPs are able to be assigned with message "Error, some other host is using the ip address".
Sys failover IP system never got back after power failure? All is down atm except the Hypervisor itself. IP of the server is 92.99.233.244 (ns3511544)

Hi
The server is now responding.
Thanks
Danny
Hi
I can see that your server isn't responding. I can also see that you have turned off the monitoring.
Please turn the monitoring on for your server. This will enable us to monitor your server and for us to intervene on your server to resolve this issue.
Thanks

Hi, I rebooted my dedicated server running xenserver earlier today. The network never came back up on it. I am able to KVM into the machine and all looks fine. I can't ping the the gateway from the server and all the network settings are added by OVH on reboot.
I really need to get this up and running as soon as possible. I have contacted OVH but have heard nothing back. Can anyone here help?
Thanks in advance
