No, there are no restrictions between servers on OVH datacenters. However, some servers may be using hardware or software firewall, which would deny communication for some ports/IPs depending on configuration.

Are there any restrictions or ports that are blocked between SYS servers within the SYS data centers? i.e. a server in RBX2 and another in RBX4?
