Do you know that the servers are UNMANAGED and it's up to you to manage it? Majority people don't get this.

It isn't neccesarily a problem with the network, it may be an issue with your software. Try rebooting, updating web server. And rather than raging like a child on the forums, contact support and get them to help you fix the problem. I think the email is customersupport@ovh.co.uk (I can't remember off the top of my head)
