Some Linux distros come with a very restrictive iptables configured, which may deny or drop connections to your app. Same happens with Windows installed with the default configuration.

I Have this problem in my server and I'm only running a teamspeak3 Server

and I heard that I have to speak with my provider to open some ports and allow connection with accounting.teamspeak.com
