I'm trying to download my entire website via FTP before I make major changes to it but it keeps disconnecting. I'm using Filezilla and I've tried legacy FTP and SFTP. I'm trying to download thousands of files as my site runs on Joomla but each time it opens a folder (say "Administrator") it adds them files to the download queue and then hangs and finally disconnects with all the files still in the queue. They do download but maybe at a speed of 5 files a minute (and these are like 1KB files, not 20MB).
When trying to login via SFTP I just get the message "Received unexpected end-of-file from SFTP server" and it won't let me browse the directories at all as it simply doesn't connect. When using FTP, it keeps disconnecting and I've tried all the ones in my welcome E-Mails and the ones listed in the manager (ftp.cluster015.ovh.net - newftp.cluster015.ovh.net - sftp://ftp.cluster015.ovh.net - sftp://newftp.cluster015.ovh.net as well as ftp.domainname.com) but they all time out and give me errors. I've never had this issue before and usually the server is quite happy with 10 concurrent connections but now it doesn't even seem to like 1 connection! Is there a problem with this cluster as I can connect to my Kimsufi, works FTP servers as well as my websites hosted at other companies.
