Hey,
CloudLinux is a distribution based on CentOS which delivers targeted optimisation for web hosts and resource sharing.
It improves performance and stability while increasing the density of hosted services.
Some features that have been added to CloudLinux:
- Lightweight Virtual Environment (LVE) to limit resources per user
- increases security with CageFS, which isolates each user
- choice of PHP version: CloudLinux supports versions 4.4, 5.1, 5.2,
5.3, 5.4, 5.5 et 5.6
- MySQL Governor: management and control of resource usage statistics
- adapted Linux kernel: for more security and stability with your hosting environments

CloudLinux is therefore the perfect base for a hosting control panel, like Plesk or cPanel !
You need to pay for a licence to use this distribution. You can download one from the OVH API and the Manager v6. You can also get a trial licence (30 days) from the official Cloudlinux website: http://trial.cloudlinux.com/overview
This is a basic distribution with SSH and DNS services preinstalled. If enough of you request it, we may create versions with Plesk or cPanel!
