That mail means, for some reason, your VPS was put into read only rescue mode. That happens, in most cases, when your VPS has been detected with malicious activity.

The only available option you may have now is to reinstall the OS to use it normally. If you need to backup anything on the VPS, you can use the login provided in the email to connect to your server and grab all the files you need. Just use some FTP client like FileZilla.

the problem is the SQL DB.. i need back up from my DBs because i have forum/register users and many other DBs

OVH aren't a managed provider, they aren't going to help you with how to use rescue mode, OVH simply supply the services and the support covers issues at their end, you not having the knowledge to recover your data isn't their problem...

i have this msg on my e-mail and my VPS is down.. i need to take back up from my SQL and i can't
i pay in my history on OVH 952 euro and the support is sucks because for take feedback from support need to w8 more than 48 hours..
also never solve my problems.. i have 6-7 website online(now is offline) and i need FAST support now for solve my problem.




on this e-mail no guide for how can take back up from my vps on sql
only one username and psw.. IS NOT ALL YOU CUSTOMER I THINK DEVELOPERS..
