Now most important problem; OVH support is dead. Still did not get answer to ticket before 2 days.
Second, I can not buy any ip from OVH panel, new panel give "This action requires verification or cannot currently be validated. Please contact your local support team." and on old panel everything is passive. There is no possible buy any ip and i tried contact support still no answer. We re lost time on server.
Third, example: "https://www.ovh.ie/dedicated_servers/enterprise/SP-32.xml" here show can install "windows server 2012 standard v.s." but there is not options on panel for install.
How can i get any support for my problem? Or maybe i should start to think lost money and time here.

We are here, have you tried calling OVH.ie? We would need to check why you need more IPs that is all.
For the Windows option, have you got a Windows Licence? If not you would need to order one from Licence section in the OVH Manager, then you can install Windows.
