I suppose in your case there is nothing you can do unfortunately unless someone can do it on your behalf.

I would call but being physically disabled, I'm unable to speak... But yeah, I've also replied to Anne Sophie's (S0phie?) confirmation emails, and sent a support request...... Not sure what else to do lol

Sorry I didn't read the rest of the topic when I replied - I reply to so many topics I forget what I've been replying to half the time and its second nature to think its about new servers.

Try ringing support and ask them why its taking so long, mine have always been done in around 1 hour.

It often takes up to an hour for the payment to verify and an invoice to be sent. It always has done, in the 10 months I've owned my server.
