Hello. In the ifconfig output in the first post, it looks like you typed "51.80.124.160" instead of "151.80.124.160".

About the reverse DNS, OVH requires that, if you want an IP to resolve to "HOSTNAME", that "HOSTNAME" resolves to the IP. I see this is right now. The error you got is because, when you first tried to associate the rDNS, the DNS for motivada.advancedcountries.net not yet resolved to the IP. After that, even when you change it on your DNS, the DNS cache on OVH server will still be alive, so it will not work anyway for a while. You should try now, or after a few hours if it still doesn't works.

Hi

I appears you have mis-typed the IP address, you may wish to check your manger to confirm that you have used the correct IP on the server.
