Sorry if this is the wrong place, I am trying to config my VPS so it seemed the most logical place for this to go, there isn't really anywhere else.
I am having trouble accessing my manager. When I first got my VPS, I had trouble accessing my account. A few password password resets later, I was in. I used my email as the UserID then. Now I am trying to log in it isn't accepting either my Email or my NIC Handle. I know I have the right password because I reset it then tried it straight away with the password that I entered written down. I am not sure why this is happening. Sometimes I can get in no problem, other times it seems like it doesn't wanna play.
Any ideas why this is?
