I'm new in the business and at the beginning I have started with cpanel/whm.
After several months I switched to plesk, at the beginning it was a bit complicated but after some time I found that plesk is much better than cpanel.
Migration will be manual and I suggest to start with same vps with plesk and migrating manually.
May be will be better to wait to the end of the month, because new major version of plesk is coming and will be better to start with it.

Thank you for your reply. It was what I was expecting. Still, not the end of the world, eh?!
Got some manual labor to be doing

as far as I know, there is no way to do a migration from cPAnel to Plesk in any way automatic. It's got to be manual.

But we're not Plesk/cPanel specialist, maybe others will be able to come up with options.

I will be changing my webhosting control panel from cPanel, which I have been using successfully for years, to Plesk, which I have been learning on a small, testing only VPS. It will save me a lot of money!
What I would like to know is the best way to manage the transfer/convert.
I think I should purchase an equivalent sized VPS (same size/config) and apply the Plesk license to it, then use the Plesk Migration Manager to import all my sites manually. Then I can cancel my old, cPanel, VPS.
Do any of you have any better ideas?
Suggestions, ideas are more than welcome.
