Two-Factor Authentication is the best way to protect your account, turning your mobile device into a unique key generator. However, what happens if you lose that device, uninstall the two-factor authentication app by mistake or can't use it anymore? Here, you will find how to use the two back-up solutions we offer to help you use your account again.
Disable two-factor Authentication using one of your back-up codes.

When enabling two-Factor Authentication, ten back-up codes are generated and you can then save them on your hard drive. These codes can be used to replace any one-time password for your account, instead of using your Two-Factor Authentication application to generate one.

Try writing to support@ovh.co.uk ; That is, of course, if you have purchased your services through ovh.co.uk. If not, you may write to the adequate OVH support email, depending on the country you have purchased in. Most international customers should write to support@ovh.ie

As above said, you should of had the backup codes noted down somewhere. You're probably going to have to contact support, and it's unlikely they'll just 'disable it' - You'll probably have to go through verification to prove you own the account.

When you enable two factor authentication on your account, the manager generates you ten backup codes, which you can use to access your account instead of the regular codes if you lose your phone. You should have wrote down those codes when you enabled two factor authentication.

If you don't have them, you may try writing to support@ovh.co.uk , or call them, and ask that way, as those are the official support means.
