Opening Tickets

Normally I have found that support is generally OK with response times, but just upgraded my service and have a few issues but after several days still nothing using email option which seems the only way now.

Old manager support seems to be deactivated and tried opening tickets in new manager twice, says they are opened then when I look at list of tickets, nothing there.

Anyone else have this problem?
