I don't believe they usually deal with billing queries via the forum, so it'd be best to wait for a response to your ticket.

I also created ticket but forum is faster sometimes. I yesterday ordered a server and paid it annually. But I need to cancel that server and move its payment to one of existing server. Is that possible? Can you assist?
