What kernel are you running, are you using the OVH kernel or the distros kernel?

You can't just keep opening a ticket without any proof of whats actually causing the issue, you're going to have to supply relevant logs to prove that it's hardware, but to me it sounds like the kernel.

Well it happened again, it was not the power supply.

I had to reopen the ticket. Hope that OVH make intervention asap

Logs did not prove nothing, because till now we think it was a PSU issue.
OVH support changed it and till now its running fine.

Dear Support,

Please have a look at this ticket number 2015091819045377,

My server today started rebooting by its own. Its seem its a hardware issue. Now seem cannot stand for more than 10 mins on.

Please Fix it soon as I am loosing customers.
